There is only one word which can describe my childhood. That
word is “carefree” which so many today’s kids do not understand, although they
have delicious food, beautiful clothes and pretty dolls.
My parents never forced me to do anything. But not for performing before
their friends and our relatives, just because I enjoyed their rhythms and
words. So I never regarded them as a burden. Later, when I was in the primary
school, the assignment was very easy to learn, and I was never asked to be the
top student. My parents also never forced me to do anything. As long as I finished my homework, I could stay outside for a whole afternoon, playing with my friends, sketching and so on. I could read any book and my parents never examine it before, sometimes I think my childhood was boring and not unforgettable, but I was really carefree and happy then. What is more important than to give a child a happy childhood.
