Self confidence is to be sure of oneself and one`s abilities. it is extremely important for all to be self confident as it is the indispensable condition
to their success.
when being interviewed by the employer, if the applicant have full confidence and try his best to persuade the interviewer, then chances are that he will enjoy the confidence of the interviewer and be accepted. as far as a student is concerned, it`s impossible for him to be a top student in his class if he doesn`t believe he has the intelligence and capability to catch up with others. for a surgeon, self confidence is rather critical because, he may encounter the emergency situation every case competently, he will make a sound decision promptly.
in fact people in all kinds of work need self confidence which can help them overcome the difficulty. so we can say self confidence is the key to success.
